English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Entry 3 Speaking and Listening
Using everyday situations, we will practice giving short explanations and descriptions in a range of tenses. We will look at when and where formal language is needed in some common situations (e.g. work, education). We will practice ways to listen for and identify new and relevant information in a range of instructions, discussions and presentations. We will also look at how body language, facial expressions, and gestures can help explain how we feel, and help us understand how others feel, too.
