ESOL for Beginners
A fun course to look at ways to eat healthy and cook new recipes together.
Learning Objectives Include:
- Use seasonal foods to make a healthy recipe
- Describe 3 benefits of cooking foods using seasonal ingredients
- Demonstrate knowledge of nutritional value of three different foods
- Find, share and cook a new recipe from the internet
This course is open to Adults aged 19 years plus with few or no formal qualifications
This course will run weekly every Friday from 16th January – 27th February
